The possible price of the upcoming Google Pixel 5 has now appeared. And this should be well below the previously assumed price.
What will the Pixel 5 cost? So far, many have asked themselves that. While Google has already revealed the price for the Pixel 4a 5G, it should cost EUR 499.00, the Pixel 5 was not yet entirely sure.
But now there is an indication of what the new model should cost. EUR 629.00 are now under discussion. That would be significantly cheaper than last year’s Pixel 4, for which Google still wanted EUR 749.00.
But this price would not have been possible anyway, since Google is no longer installing high-end hardware in its new Pixel smartphone. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G belongs to the upper middle class, plus there is 8 GB RAM, 128 GB UFS 2.1 memory, a 4,000 mAh battery and a 12 MP camera with a Sony sensor that is now 3 years old.
The presentation of the Pixel 4 is planned for September 30th, advance sales should start on October 8th and delivery should start on October 16th.
